Reliability

I have owned the car for a year. I also have a full service history. I’ve had zero issues with the car. It has been taken good care of. The car warns you very early if oil is getting to the lower side of ideal (6L of the 7.2L).

How it drives

Honestly, it’s amazing; the car really pushes my comfort zone. It’s everything I had dreamed of and more! The car is not the limiting factor; it’s the driver. It can take all you push on it and more!

Traction control can be turned off completely or to a minimum setting that only intervenes as a last resort.

Ownership experience

Replacement OEM parts can be expensive. The car requires only a base level of maintenance, making sure the oil is in good condition and at the appropriate level. OEM parts aren’t too hard to get but sometimes have to be ordered directly from Germany.

The car is a real talking point. The number of people that have approached me to talk about my car or taken photos. It’s an enthusiast’s car; many people dream of owning one, as did I! People in VW Golfs often try to race me.

Features and practicality

Overall, I’d say the car is a perfect balance of practicality and sportiness. The overall size of the car isn’t too big. Reasonable boot space with fold-down seats.

You can get OEM roof racks and pods too. Audi really thought out all the small light placements. One in the driver’s footwell, many in the boot, and a number for the front and rear passengers.

It has clear lines of sight with very good and consistent sensors. The front of the car is quite short, which makes reversing while turning very easy; it has lots of clearance and a very good turning circle.

One of my favourite quality-of-life features is the passenger-side mirror turning downwards when reversing to make seeing the curb easier!

Any other thoughts?

This car has lived up to everything I had dreamed of and more! It’s worth the money!!
