Going head to head against vehicles like the Toyota Corolla, Mazda 3 and Volkswagen Golf is quite the challenge yet it’s one the Hyundai i30 has taken in its stride.
Offering exceptional value for money, a reputation for quality (one that was improved dramatically by the i30’s previous generation) and a long list of standard features, has seen the PD i30 maintain its lofty place in sales figures since it was released back in 2016.
But now that these i30s are a few years old, have potentially travelled thousands of kilometres and are filling used car classifieds, are they still worthy of their excellent reputation?

The i30 offers excellent value for money when new and this reputation continues in the used car market.
Add to that superb reliability, very economical running costs, great factory support, class-leading ride quality, near class-leading practicality and arguably the longest lists of standard equipment per variant of model and we cannot recommend the i30 enough.
